HOW TO APPLY
Clean and dry your skin completely. Avoid using oils, lotions or treatments.
Remove the first half (bottom half) of the liner and attach it horizontally to your tummy approximately 3 inches below your belly button. Rub firmly for 2 minutes.
Remove the second half (upper half) of the liner.
Gently pull your tummy in, lift the Skinnies body tape upwards and attach it to the upper tummy.
Secure the tape firmly and rub for a further 2 minutes. Avoid allowing the upper section of the tape to touch your skin until you have achieved your desired level of lift and support.
HOW TO REMOVE
Gently lift a corner of the tape and slowly roll it back against itself while gliding your fingers across the skin.
Apply body oil if needed to help release the adhesive and remove any remaining residue.
Remove nightly and use a fresh Skinnies tape application each day.
