However, due to the nature of our adhesive body tapes and their direct interaction with skin, Skinnies Instant Lifts are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Please note that Uplifting Essentials, LLC shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damage, irritation, or injury resulting from improper use or application of Skinnies products. By choosing to wear Skinnies, you agree to follow all usage instructions provided on our packaging and website.

By doing so, you voluntarily assume all responsibility for how the product is applied and used, thereby releasing Uplifting Essentials, LLC from any legal liability related to product misuse or adverse reactions.

For best results, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full application and only applying Skinnies to clean, dry, non-irritated skin.
