HOW TO APPLY
Clean and dry your skin completely. Avoid using oils, lotions, or treatments.
Remove the first half (bottom half) of the liner and attach it horizontally to your tummy about 3 inches below your belly button. Rub for 2 minutes.
Remove the second half (upper half) of the liner.
Suck in your tummy as tight as possible, pull the top of the Skinnies tape upwards, and attach it to the upper tummy.
Secure the tape and rub for another 2 minutes. Do not touch the second half of the tape to your upper tummy until fully lifted.
