Before considering a return, we recommend checking out our HOW TO APPLY videos—sometimes, a simple adjustment in application can lead to incredible results! If, after trying Skinnies, you’re still not fully satisfied, we want to hear from you.

Our Refund Policy

We want you to love your Skinnies—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve made our refund process simple and supportive:

  1. Eligibility
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
  • All SkinniesLift products are eligible for a refund and will be carefully reviewed by our Customer Experience Team.
  • You do not need to return the product.
  • Refunds are offered on a one-time basis per product type, so we can continue creating the best experience for all our customers.
  1. How to Request a Refund

  • Complete all fields in the form (first name, last name, email, order number, and reason for refund).
  • If your product arrived faulty or damaged, you can also upload a photo or video to help us review your request faster.
  1. Refund Process & Timeline
  • Our Customer Experience Team personally reviews each request to ensure it’s handled with care.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
