Before considering a return, we recommend checking out our HOW TO APPLY videos—sometimes, a simple adjustment in application can lead to incredible results! If, after trying Skinnies, you’re still not fully satisfied, we want to hear from you.

Our Refund Process:

We want you to love your Skinnies—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by completing our Returns Form within 30 days of your order date.
To start the process, simply fill out the form with your name, email, order number, and a brief reason for return. This helps us better understand your experience and continue improving our products.

Please note: refunds are only considered once the form is fully completed and submitted within the 30-day window. Forms submitted after this period will not be eligible.
