Skinnies Instant Back Lifting Tape

1. Clean and dry your skin completely. Avoid using oils, lotions or treatments.
2. Remove the first half of the liner and attach the tape horizontally to your side. Rub firmly for 2 minutes.
3. Remove the second half of the liner.
4. Using your fingertips, gently pull the Skinnies body tape forward around your side to create your desired level of lift and support. Secure the tape beneath the breast area and rub firmly for 2 minutes.
5. Secure Skinnies under the breast area and rub for 2 minutes.

Do not touch the second half of the tape against your under-breast area until in a fully lifted position.

• Gently lift a corner of the tape and slowly roll it back against itself while gliding your fingers across the skin.
• Apply body oil if needed to help release the adhesive and remove any remaining residue.
• Remove nightly and use a fresh Skinnies tape application each day.
