HOW TO APPLY

  1. Clean and dry skin completely – no oils, lotions, or treatments.
  2. Remove the first half of the liner and attach the tape horizontally to your side. Rub for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the second half of the liner.
  4. Using your fingertips, pull the tape out and forward around your side, pulling the back roll tight.

Secure Skinnies under the breast area and rub for 2 minutes.Do not touch the second half of the tape against your under-breast area until in a fully lifted position.

HOW TO REMOVE

  • Gently lift a corner and slowly roll backward while gliding fingers across the skin. Use any type of body oil to remove residue. Use only once daily and remove nightly.
