HOW TO APPLY

Clean and dry your skin completely. Avoid using oils, lotions or treatments.
Remove the first half (lower section) of the liner and attach it to the upper thigh with the cut-out section facing the inside of your leg. Rub firmly for 2 minutes.
Remove the second half (upper section) of the liner.
Bend forward and gently lift the skin upward to achieve your desired level of lift and support.
Secure the Skinnies body tape to the top of the thigh and rub firmly for a further 2 minutes. Ensure the tape is fully positioned before allowing it to touch the skin.

HOW TO REMOVE

Gently lift a corner of the tape and slowly roll it back against itself while gliding your fingers across the skin.
Apply body oil if needed to help release the adhesive and remove any remaining residue.
Remove nightly and use a fresh Skinnies tape application each day.
