Skinnies Instant Inner Thigh Shaping Tape

1. Clean and dry your skin completely. Avoid using oils, lotions or treatments.
2. Remove one half of the liner and attach the tape to the front inner portion of the upper thigh. Rub firmly for 2 minutes.
3. Remove the second half of the liner.
4. Raise your leg by placing your foot on an elevated surface and gently pull the Skinnies body tape backwards to achieve your desired level of shaping and support.
5. Secure the tape to the back of the upper thigh and rub firmly for a further 2 minutes.

Avoid allowing the second half of the tape to touch the skin until you have achieved your desired position.

• Gently lift a corner of the tape and slowly roll it back against itself while gliding your fingers across the skin.
• Apply body oil if needed to help release the adhesive and remove any remaining residue.
• Remove nightly and use a fresh Skinnies tape application each day.
