Skinnies Instant Arm Lifting Tape

1. Clean and dry your skin completely. Avoid using oils, lotions or treatments.
2. Remove the first half of the liner (lower section) and attach it to the back underside of your arm, just below the armpit. Rub firmly for 2 minutes.
3. Remove the second half (upper section) of the liner.
4. Holding the top of the Skinnies body tape with your fingertips, gently pull upwards towards your shoulder to create your desired level of lift and support.
5. Secure the tape over the shoulder and rub firmly for a further 2 minutes.

Avoid allowing the second half of the tape to touch the skin until you have achieved your desired lifted position.

Gently lift a corner of the tape and slowly roll it back against itself while gliding your fingers across the skin.

Apply body oil if needed to help release the adhesive and remove any remaining residue.

Remove nightly and use a fresh Skinnies tape application each day.
