Here's what you need to know about shipping and delivery:

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we’ll need about 1–3 business days to process and pack it. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is ready to ship. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s Day.

Shipping Time

After processing, your Skinnies typically arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

Note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Address Accuracy & Re-delivery

Before placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. We want to make sure your Skinnies get to you without delay!

Skinnies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, we’ll happily resend it — additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, reach out to us — we’re here to help! 💌
